A traditional Independence Day fireworks display was presented Tuesday night, July 4, at the Anna City Park in Anna. The display was presented by Brad Dawson of Anna. The presentation was coordinated through the Anna Fire Department.
American flags were on display last week at the Illinois Veterans Home in Anna. The veterans home is located along North Main Street in Anna. The nation will join in the celebration of Independence Day on Tuesday, July 4th. Independence Day celebrations are planned throughout the region.
