Patricia Ruth Bartsch Buckner, 73, of Anna, died at 8:45 a.m. Monday, Dec. 29, 2014 in Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born April 5, 1941 in Mt. Glen, near Cobden, the daughter of W.H. and Lucille Parmly Bartsch. She married Gary Buckner, her husband of 52 years, on Feb. 10, 1962 in Cobden.
Robert D. DeHoet, 60, of Murphysboro, died at 10:57 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014 at his home. He was born Oct. 8, 1954 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of Leonard and Yvonne Stone DeHoet. He married Charlene Evans on May 28, 1983 in Iowa City, Iowa.
He is survived by his loving wife, Charlene DeHoet of Murphysboro; two children, Ariana and Claire DeHoet; two grandchildren; one sister, Lisa Siegrist; two brothers, Jeff and John DeHoet; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Ruth Anne Keistler, 92, of Anna, died Monday, Dec. 29, 2014 in the Hillview Healthcare Center in Vienna. She was born Nov. 27, 1922 in Anna, the daughter of Glenn C. and Pearl Craiglow Eddleman. She married Frank Keistler on Feb. 7, 1941 in Jackson, Missouri. He preceded her in death on Aug. 16, 2007 after 66 years of marriage.
Virginia C. Ayers Barrass, 96, of Harrisburg died at 4:27 pm Monday, Dec. 15, 2014 at the Harrisburg Medical Center in Harrisburg. She was born Sept. 6, 1918 in Mill Creek to Claude and Effie Goodman Heileg. She first married Virden Ayers on July 19, 1938 in Mantino, and later married Thomas Barrass in 1978 in Saline County.
