Nicole Lynn Ristow, 25, of Wolf Lake, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015. She was born, May 30, 1989 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, the daughter of David Dean Ristow and Mary Lou (Harris) Ristow.

She was a customer service representative at Kohl's in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was very active in the "Kohl's Cares" program.

Wanda Van Pickerill, 85, of Anna, died at 2:05 p.m. Monday, Feb. 16, 2015 in the Union County Long Term Care Center in Anna. She was born Aug. 6, 1923 in West Frankfort, the daughter of Walter and Laura B. Stokes Pearce. She married John Wilson and later married Jay Van Pickerill.

She is survived by her daughter Patricia Sue Wilson of Jonesboro; niece, Tanya (Richard) Pengress of Anna; cousin, Sylvia Sue Bollig of Denver, Colorado; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Jay Van Pickerill.
