She was born on Sept. 2, 1963, in St. Louis, the daughter of David and Elizabeth Prieur Palmer.

He was born on Aug. 2, 1962, in Anna, the son of Billy G. and Maye Haire Stout.
Rick Carter, 65, of Anna, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021, at his home.
He was born on Nov. 5, 1956, in Anna, the son of Crawford “Red” and Myrna Brazill Carter.
Vicky K. Roe, 66, of Centralia, and formerly of Cobden, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021, at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
Kent W. Smick, 72, of Collinsville, died on Oct. 27, 2021, at his home, with family by his side.
Kenneth R. Smith, 75, of Cobden, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.
Sue M Zapencki (neé Ferrill), 84, of Waterloo, died on Nov. 1, 2021, at Mercy South Hospital in St. Louis.
She worked as a district manager for Olan Mills Portrait Studio for 25 years.
