Cobden Peach Festival just around the corner

The annual Cobden Peach Festival is right around the corner in the Union County community.

The popular event is sponsored by the Cobden Lions Club.

The festival is scheduled Friday and Saturday, Aug. 4-5, with most of the activities taking place at the Cobden Community Park.

The festival traditionally features a queen pageant, a parade, a carnival, food, entertainment – and lots of famous Cobden peaches.
