<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Danny J. Holdman, 67, of Anna, died on January 1, 2012 at 9:00PM at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;"> </span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">He was born on September 5, 1944 in Lexington, Tenn. the son of Claude F. and Edith Irene (Seaton) Holdman.<span style=""> </span> He married Billie Burke on August 3, 1968.<span style=""> </span> She survives him.</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;"> </span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Danny was a Marine Corps Veteran.<span style=""> </span> He was a 30 year veteran of Anna Fire Department.<span style=""> </span> He was an active charter member of Harvest Church of Southern Illinois and will be remembered as a devoted husband, father and grandfather.</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">He is survived by his wife, Billie of Anna;</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">children, Leslie Montogmery of Rockford, Illinois, Jason Holdman of St. Louis, Missouri, Adam Holdman of Alton, Illinois and Sara (Cameron) Roberts of Grand Junction, Colorado;</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Grandchildren, Matt Montgomery, Mike Montgomery and Paxten Roberts;</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Sister, Annette Weimer of Anna;</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Brother, W. Paul Holdman of Clinton, Kentucky;</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Nieces, Nephews and Other Relatives.</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;"> </span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 from 4:00-8:00PM and Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 12:00-1:00PM at Crain Funeral Home in Anna-Jonesboro.</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;"> </span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 1:00PM at Crain Funeral Home in Anna-Jonesboro with Rev. Tony Foeller officiating.<span style=""> </span> Interment will follow in Anna Cemetery with military honors by VFW Post 3455 and National Guard Honors Team.</span></strong></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 16pt;">Memorial contributions may be made to Harvest Church Building Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.</span></strong></p>
