Disposition of cases from the Union County state’s attorney’s office
The Union County state’s attorney’s office in Jonesboro reports the following dispositions of cases:
Oct. 30. Shannon Swartzell, Jonesboro. Case No. 12-CF-71. Offense: possession of another’s credit card. Disposition: 12 months of probation, fine, fee, court costs, one day in county jail, restitution, public service work, no contact with victim, provide DNA to probation.
Oct. 30. Allen Mills, Anna. Case No. 12-CF-119. Offense: aggravated battery. Disposition: 24 months of probation, fine, court costs, restitution, public service work, substance abuse evaluation and classes, no alcohol, do not enter dram shop, no illegal drugs in his body, provide DNA to probation.
Oct. 30. Terra Jerolds, Dongola. Case No. 2012-CF-147. Offense: battery. Disposition: 18 months of probation, fine, court costs, fee, public service work, substance/alcohol abuse evaluation and classes, no alcohol, do not enter dram shop.
Oct. 18. Shawn Holbrook, Dongola. Case No. 11-DT-62. Offense: driving under the influence. Disposition: 12 months of probation, fine, $1,000 DUI equipment fee, alcohol treatment.
Oct. 16. Zachary Howard, Sikeston, Mo. Case No. 2011-CF-47. Offense: unlawful possession of controlled substances. Disposition: 24 months of probation, fine, fees, four weekends in county jail, public service work, alcohol/substance abuse evaluation and treatment, DNA sampling, no illegal drugs in body.
Oct. 2. Keri Casey, Anna. Case No. 2011-CF-99. Offense: unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Disposition: 24 months of probation, fine, fees, court costs, public service work, alcohol/substance abuse evaluation and treatment.
Oct. 2. James Swanson, Jonesboro. Case No. 2012-CF-47. Offense: theft. Disposition: 18 months of probation, fine, court costs, fee, public service work.
Oct. 2. Brady Lucas, Jonesboro. Case No. 2012-CF-46. Offense: unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Disposition: 24 months probation, fine, court costs, fee, public service work, alcohol/substance abuse evaluation and treatment, no illegal drugs in body.
Sept. 27. Joshua Murray, Anna. Case No. 12-CF-102. Offense: Class A misdemeanor battery. Disposition: 12 months of probation, fine, 100 hours of public service work.
Sept. 25. Keith Fore, Goreville. Case No. 2011-DT-58. Offense: driving under the influence. Disposition: 12 months probation, fine, court costs, fee, five days in county jail, substance abuse/alcohol evaluation and classes.
