The entrepreneurial power of women [Infographic]
(BPT) - Women-owned businesses are making significant contributions to today’s economy. Women of all ages, races and ethnicities are creating jobs, bolstering economies, strengthening families and communities, and providing creative solutions to 21st century problems. A new study conducted by the Center for an Urban Future, with support from Capital One’s Future Edge initiative, reveals a dramatic surge in women entrepreneurs but also shows that women still face a number of challenges as they start and grow businesses.
