Santa Claus plans to be at Fort Massac State Park in Metropolis on Dec. 17. Santa is scheduled to be at the visitors center at the park from noon to 3 p.m. “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” is scheduled to be shown. Hot chocolate and cookies will be served.
