<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">into ½-inch cubes<o:p></o:p></strong>

<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">32-ounce carton low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth<o:p></o:p></strong>

<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">1 teaspoon garlic powder<o:p></o:p></strong>

<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">¼ teaspoon dried rosemary<o:p></o:p></strong>

Add the potatoes, broth, garlic powder and rosemary; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the cauliflower and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft. Serve as is or puree with an immersion blender before serving. Sprinkle with pepper and basil; drizzle oil evenly over all.<o:p></o:p></strong>
