Great event…

To the editor,

I want to extend a huge "Thank You!" and deep appreciation to everyone who made this past Saturday's "Christmas in the Village" celebration in Cobden the great event that it was.

Even though it was a cold, blustery day, the warmth and joy displayed by everyone in downtown Cobden as we ushered in the Christmas season was so inspiring. 

What a thrill to experience such community pride and neighborly spirit as was demonstrated at this "Christmas in the Village" celebration.
