Homecoming Saturday at Shawnee College

Homecoming activities are planned Saturday, Feb. 25, at Shawnee Community College near Ullin.

All of the activities are open to the public.

The SCC basketball teams will face St. Louis Community College.

Admission to the games are free. The women’s game begins at 2 p.m. and the men take the floor at 4 p.m. Concessions will be available.

A homecoming dance will begin at 6 p.m.

Homecoming festivities will wrap up with the crowning of the SCC homecoming 2012 king and queen near the conclusion of the homecoming dance.

 For admission to the homecoming dance, including refreshments and entertainment by Craig Bradley, participants are asked to bring a canned good to benefit women’s shelters in the SCC district.
