A-J boys bowling team doing well
The Anna-Jonesboro Community High School boys’ bowling team has built a 6-1 record this season.
“Nick Ward is leading the team with high average,” A-J bowling coach Craig Dillman said.
“Evan Hughey has had the high game so far this season and Chris Hill has been one of our most consistent bowlers and has been a key in our wins.”
Dillman said freshman Dale Prater is contributing as well and he looks forward to him improving in the future.
A-J’s girls’ varsity team is 1-7 this season. Kendall Carter leads the Lady Wildcats with high average and high game. Dillman credits freshmen bowlers Tiffany Goodman and Reagan Morrison as coming on strong.
“Both of these girls could be key players in the next couple of years,” Dillman said.
