Jeffrey E. Diefenbach

<p style="line-height: 150%;" class="MsoNormalCxSpFirst"><strong style=""><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="">           </span> Mr. Jeffrey E. Diefenbach, age 44 of Davenport Iowa, died at 12:46 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2010 at Genesis East Hospital in Davenport, Iowa. He was born May 8, 1966 in Paducah, KY., the son of Phil and Marsha E. Slicker Diefenbach.</span></strong></p>

<p style="text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 150%;" class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle"><strong style=""><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">Jeffrey is survived by his daughter, Ashlee, his great joy in life; father Philip (Michelle) Diefenbach; one brother, Douglas (Elizabeth) Diefenbach; two step-brothers, Jason and Aaron Gerlach; his loving friend and companion, Christine Schwechel; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marsha; paternal grandparents, E.C. and Mary Beth Diefenbach; maternal grandparents, J.E. and Betty Slicker.</span></strong></p>

<p style="text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 150%;" class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle"><strong style=""><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">Jeffrey was known by his friends and classmates as the “Beef”, he graduated from Pleasant Valley High School in 1984 in Bettendorf, IA. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed participating in baseball and bowling. At the age of 19, Jeffrey bowled his first of several perfect games resulting in his induction to the Bowling Hall of Fame.</span></strong></p>

<p style="text-indent: 0.5in; line-height: 150%;" class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle"><strong style=""><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;">Graveside funeral services for Mr. Jeffrey E. Diefenbach will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2010 at the Anna Cemetery in Anna with Rev. Robert Heimgartner officiating. Interment will be in the Anna Cemetery. Friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Diabetes Foundation. Envelopes will be available at the cemetery and at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.</span></strong></p>
