4-H group opens Community Helpers Pantry

The Horseshoe Lakers 4-H Club recently opened its first Community Helpers Pantry location.

For two weeks, the pantry will be located at the Horseshoe Lake Community Building in Olive Branch.

Members of the 4-H club will stock the pantry with school supplies, as well as pet, baby and toiletry items.

After two weeks, the pantry will be moved to another location in Alexander County.

The club’s goal is to help people in need. The club asks that the community stay respectful of the club’s work to help the community. If anyone would like to contribute, donations are accepted.

The location for the next stop of the Community Helpers Pantry will be posted on the club’s Facebook page.
