Legion support events rescheduled

Rent One in Anna has rescheduled plans to host a car wash, bake sale and cookout to benefit the Anna American Legion post.

The events had been planned for Aug. 13, but have been postponed due to the possibility of very heavy rain.

The events now are scheduled for Aug. 27, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

The Anna Fire Department plans to have a vehicle on display. For more information about the event, call Wade Marks at 833-4545.
