Pulaski County Fair underway
The 58th annual Pulaski County Fair is underway: the event was scheduled to begin Aug. 13 and continues through Aug. 19.
Admission prices to the fairgrounds are $5 per car load or $2 per person for walk-ins.
Family Night was Monday, Aug. 14, starting at 6 p.m. The evening featured a pig scramble and pedal tractor pull. The grandstand is free.
An ITPA tractor pull was planned Tuesday, Aug. 15, at 7 p.m. Admission prices were $8 for adults and $5 for children.
IHFSPA and natural aspirated and stock tractor pulls and a truck pull are scheduled Wednesday, Aug. 16, at 7 p.m. Admission prices are $8 for adults and $5 for children.
Heartland Idol will take place Thursday, Aug. 17, at 7 p.m.
On Friday, Aug. 18, a late model and compact demolition derby is scheduled.
The derby is slated to begin at 7:30 p.m. Admission prices are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
There will also be free entertainment in the pavilion at 7 p.m. Friday.
The last night of the fair, Saturday, Aug. 19, will feature a 4x4 mud race. The race begins at 6:30 p.m. Admission prices are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
