School board member honored

The Anna Community Consolidated School District No. 37 Board of Education recently honored Dale Foster for his service.
Foster served on the board of education from 2005 to 2017.
During his tenure, Foster served as the board’s president and vice president.
In November 2016, he was elected to serve on the Union County Board of Commissioners.
