Summer reading program kickoff set

A kickoff event is planned for the Dongola Public Library’s summer reading program.
The kickoff is set for 3 p.m. Thursday, June 17, at the library.
Princess Belle is scheduled to be the special guest.
Summer reading program bags will be handed out for ages 3-8 and 9-12.
A raffle for a Dairy Queen gift card also is planned.
