April 8: Kitty was taking a nap and didn't even notice when the picture was taken.June 22: A woodchuck, AKA a groundhog, peeked through some grass, and then disappeared.January 17: Technically, Fredbird is not a critter, at least not in the true sense of the word. He's really friendly, though.April 13: A bird, way up high, atop a church steeple, caught my eye, and was kind enough to stay long enough for a picture.February 16: A cardinal (not Fredbird) comes in for a landing.June 22: A face that only a mother could love...this snapping turtle was discovered in a rather unexpected place, and was kind enough to pose for a whole bunch of pictures.

Just as promised, this week you get to see some of my favorite critter pics from 2016.

I've been saving up all kinds of photographs for the past 12 months. I had something like a million images, but these were some of my favorites. Hope you enjoy them.
