Bonnie Moreland

Bonnie Moreland, 89, of Anna, died Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau.

She was born on Aug. 7, 1927, in Jonesboro, the daughter of Arthur and Marie Frick Boyd.

She married Raymond L. Moreland on Sept. 23, 1950. He preceded her in death on Feb. 2, 2015.

She is survived by her son, Dale Moreland of Anna; a grandson, Brad (Maren) Moreland of Anna; a great-granddaughter, Myla Moreland; a sister, LaDonna Casey of Carbondale; nieces and nephew; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond L. Moreland; a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Moreland; and a sister, Shirley Cates.

Funeral services for Mrs. Moreland were at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 26, at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Scott Harner officiating. Entombment was in the Anna City Cemetery. 

Memorials can be made to the National Kidney Foundation or to the American Cancer Society.
