Cathy Warren

Cathy Warren, 65, of Olive Branch, died Saturday, July 30, 2022, at her residence. 

Mary Catherine Warren was born on Dec. 10, 1956, in Collinsville, the daughter of Joseph Elmore and Jean Elliot.

She was united in marriage to Lindell “Link” Warren. He survives.

She was a devoted member of the Mighty Rivers Regional Worship Center, where she cleaned and served the Lord in many ways, even hosting the church picnic every year. 

She worked for the United States Postal Service for over 20 years and trained many postal employees throughout her employment. 

She was an avid quilter and enjoyed flower gardening. Her family meant everything to her and was her greatest joy. 

Survivors include her husband, Link Warren; daughter Paula (Tony) Kirby; sons Jason (Gayla) Warren and Joseph (Connie) Warren; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; siblings Raymond, Phillip, and Paula Kay; and several other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by sons Kevin and Scott Warren; her siblings, Maggie, Kenny Ray and Joseph, an infant brother, John; and one granddaughter, Jessie R. Kirby. 

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, today, at Crain Funeral Home in Dongola, with the Rev. Larry Potts officiating. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Thursday, today, until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Meisenheimer Cemetery.
