Edna Havlen

Edna Havlen, 81, of Dongola, died at 3:20 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at her home.

She was born on Feb. 3, 1938, in Charleston, Mo., the daughter of Robert E. and Addie Chumblee King.

She was an LPN for many years.

She is survived by her three daughters, Kathy (Scott) Brady of Alabama, Donna (Barry) Roslin of Florida and Valerie (Tom) Hill of Anna; eight grandchildren, James Havlen, Todd Rauckman, Josh Rauckman (Angel Gomez), Emily (Zachary) Grimes, William (Dora) Havlen, Amie Havlen, Thomas Hill and Chelsea Hill (Josh Kaufman); great-grandchildren Haylee and Sophia Rauckman, William, Kurtis, Kaitlin and Lauren Havlen, Harmony Cain, Robert and Matthew Magnum, Madyson and Kalynn Hill, Dixie and Jarrett Kaufman; one great-great-grandson, Theo Havlen; two brothers, Julian and Floyd King; a brother-in-law, Paul Havlen; Robin Norman, who was like a daughter to her; Amanda Victor and children, Shanna, Jonathan, Justin Lassiter (Tracy Rainbolt-Harris) and their children, Luke, Laura, Dillon, Brad (Sarah) Norman, and their children, Kazden and Myles, who were like her grandchildren; and long-time friend, Sue Ford-Gebken.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, William Havlen; three sisters, Marie, Lois and Alice; one brother, Roger; and J. D. Norman.

Per her wishes, there will be no services. Cremation will be accorded.

Crain Funeral Home in Anna-Jonesboro is in charge of arrangements.
