Frances Carolyn Webb

Frances Carolyn Webb, 79, of Anna, died Saturday, June 25, 2022, at the Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born on July 28, 1942, in Anna, the daughter of Tyrus and Zelma Ruth Rhodes Treece. 

She married Donald Webb in 1961. He preceded her in death on Dec. 5, 2008.

She is survived by her children, Linda (Jeff) Starr of Anna, Ruth (Jerry Jr.) Richardson of Anna, Sherry (Elmer Tellor) Stoner of Anna and Tanya Neal of Carbondale; grandchildren Brandon Starr, Jacob Starr, Stephen Webb, Tia (Mike) Arthur, Randy Richardson, Chassidy Farris, Logan Morse, Kanisha Alston, Davontae Webb and Davion Webb; great-grandchildren Maddi, Samantha, Kaleb, Caleb, Hailey, Gavin, Kaitlyn, Kiley, Auden, Kenneth, Shaylee, Addison and Lyza; great-great-grandchild Jesse; other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald Webb; a daughter, Donna Webb; a grandson, Kyle Kristoff; and a sister, Marcella Buttery.

She was a long-time member of Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church in Anna. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, the Anna Moose Lodge, the Red Hat Society and Senior Circle at the hospital. She enjoyed playing bingo and often played at Anna Vista. She loved watching “The Young and the Restless” and she liked to crochet.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 9, at Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church in Anna. Memorials can be made to Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home. Envelopes will be a available at the church.
