Jeffrey Lynn Stout

Jeffrey Lynn Stout, 57, of Dongola, died Monday, March 11, 2024, at his residence, with his loving family by his side.

He was born on April 25, 1966, in Cairo, the son of Robert and Betty Calvin Stout.

He married Lisa Williams on Sept. 25, 1987.

Mr. Stout was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed playing golf. He loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert “Bob” Stout; his mother, Betty Stout; and an infant daughter, Ashley Stout.

Survivors include his wife, Lisa Stout; sons Jeff Stout II (Lindsey) and Bradley Stout (Kristi); daughter Jennifer Herera (Eric); grandchildren Kevin Britton, Brendon Herera, Abagayle Britton, Landon Herera, Alyssa Herera, Adrian Stout, Jeffrey Stout III and Patty Herera; siblings Judith Ryan (Tatsuno Kusaba), Jan Stout, Jean Dupree, Joe Stout (Margie) and Jheri Roth (Kenton); in-laws Jerry and Alice Williams and Loren and Sharon Anderson; many other relatives and many friends.

Private family inurnment will be held. Memorials can be made to City of Hope Zion, Ill.
