Marissa Reynolds

Marissa Reynolds, 43, of Cobden, and formerly of Ullin, died Monday, Oct. 3,2022. 

She was born on Oct. 18, 1978, in Paducah, the daughter of Sam and Cathy Kommer Ulen. 

She married Adam Reynolds on Dec. 5, 1998, in Wolf Lake. 

She is survived by her husband, Adam; three sons, Brady Reynolds and wife Brookelyn, Bryce Reynolds and girlfriend Taylor Harvel and Brock Reynolds; her parents, Sammy and Cathy Ulen; her brother, Brian Ulen and his wife, Lexie; her nieces, Bryleigh, Brielle, Brynn and Britton Ulen, Ryleigh Wahaib and Ady Choate; her nephews, Luke Choate and Titan Cobin; and her maternal grandmother, Mary Kommer. 

She is also survived by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rodney and Vicki Reynolds; sister-in- law and brother-in-law Sara and Joey Choate; sister-in-law Lara Reynolds; Adam’s grandmother, Deloris Reynolds; her aunt and uncle, Karen and Daniel Finke; numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. 

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Bill Kommer; paternal grandparents Sam and Hazel Ulen; Adam’s grandfather, Jack Reynolds and grandmother, Doris Jean Williams.

She loved her family, especially her boys. She spent 20 years following them to every baseball and basketball game. She also loved her dogs, Cookie and Tank.

Funeral services for Marissa Reynolds were at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at the First Baptist Church in Cobden, with the Rev. Clint Nale officiating. Interment followed in Casper Cemetery near Anna. 

Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro was in charge of arrangements.
