Michael P. Erbe

Michael P. Erbe, 74, of Anna, and formerly of Alton, died Sunday, July 17, 2022, at the Illinois Veterans Home in Anna. 

He was born on June 20, 1948, the son of Neal and Donna Tait Machesseau. Following the death of his father, he was adopted by Carl Erbe.

He is survived by two sons, Christopher and Jonathan Erbe; an aunt, Carolyn Bumbacher; other relatives and friends.

He served in the U.S. Navy. He was an electrical engineer.

Graveside memorial services for Michael Erbe will be held at a later date at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.
