Paul H. “Doc” DuBois, 89, of Cobden, died Sunday, May 31, 2020, at the Illinois Veterans Home in Anna.

He was born on Nov. 21, 1930, in Cobden, the son of Howard and Florence Ihle DuBois.

He is survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Lawrence and Hervey DuBois, and an infant sister, Christine.

Mr. DuBois served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of Carroll P. Foster VFW Post No. 3455 and the American Legion.

Private graveside services with military honors for Paul “Doc” DuBois will be conducted at the Cobden Cemetery.
