Stanley Frank Kozak

Stanley F. Kozak, 92, of Anna, died at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born on March 1, 1924, in Chicago, the son of Frank and Anna Prus Kozak.

He is survived by his sons, Ron (Julie) Kozak of Frankfort, Don (Rhea) Kozak of Naperville and Michael (Mary) Kozak of Milton, Wis.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and by his wife, Irene Orosz Kozak.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion, the Masonic Lodge and the Moose. He enjoyed bowling, horseshoes and playing the concertina. He was an engineer for Honeywell International for many years.

Services for Mr. Kozak will be held in Northern Illinois at a later date.
