Terrill ‘Terry’ John Curry

Terrill “Terry” John Curry, 65, of Villa Ridge, died at 4:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at his home.

He was born on Feb. 20, 1953, in Anna, the son of John and Bertha Schnaare Curry.  

He married Jeanie Dixon on Dec. 15, 1972.

He was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Olmsted, the Pulaski County Fair Board and the Illinois Hot Farm Stock Pullers Association. He enjoyed working on the farm, tractor pulling and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanie Curry; sons Terry J. (Ruth) Curry and Bryan (Linda) Curry; grandchildren Jerron, Emily, Wyatt, Cloey and Landon; a sister, Sheryl (Russ) Meadows; nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Bertha Curry; and by a nephew, Chadd Meadows.

Funeral services for Terrill “Terry” John Curry were at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Olmsted, with Pastor Paul Donner officiating.  Interment was in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens in Villa Ridge.  

Memorials can be made to St. Luke Lutheran Church.
