Toni Kay Lewis
Toni Kay Lewis, 46, of Wolf Lake, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018, at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
She was born on Dec. 12, 1971, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Richard “Dick” and Linda Kay Williams Ford.
She married Tim Lewis on Feb. 12, 1994, in Murray, Ky.
She was manager at Burger King in Anna at the time of her death. She took great pride in her relationship with the employees and customers, especially the groups of coffee drinkers who gathered there.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Lewis of Wolf Lake; two daughters, Maggie Gene Lewis of Murray, Ky., and Molly Kay Lewis of Wolf Lake; three sisters, Amy (Kevin) Fish, Terri Ford and April (Paul) Curtis, all of Murray, Ky; her aunts, Lana (Rick) Livesay, Debbie (Gary) Hileman and Vicki (Rodney) Reynolds; her uncles, David (Barb) Ford, Don (Mary) Ford and Ron (Carol) Ford; her mother-in-law, Nellie Lewis; nieces and nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She was a member of the Galilee Baptist Church in Wolf Lake. She loved spending time with her family and most of all being a mom to her daughters.
She enjoyed caring for her plants and taking care of her dog, Spencer. She was a fun loving person who could brighten up the day of anyone she met.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Connect Point Church in Anna.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, at Galilee Baptist Church in Wolf Lake.
Memorial contributions can be made to Shawnee Junior High School girls cheerleading and art department.
