Opal Joy Osman
Opal Joy Osman, 98, of Anna, and formerly of Dongola, died Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at Union County Hospital in Anna.
She was born on Sept. 6, 1920, in Carlisle, Ark., the daughter of James Lee and Eliza Leona Beggs Waters.
She married Wayne E. Osman on Sept. 13, 1944. He preceded her in death....
