Program seeks business partners

The Union County Hospital Healthy Woman program is seeking community business partners for 2010.

Information about becoming a business partner is available by contacting Mary Nash-Swink or Mary Rothschild at Union County Hospital in Anna, phone 833-4112.

Business partners are given extensive advertising exposure and speaking opportunities throughout the year.

Partners are given an opportunity to market their services through monthly e-mails, direct mail pieces, a bimonthly newsletter and Internet exposure depending on their level of partnership.

The Healthy Woman program is guided by an advisory council of local women whose focus is to bring relevant information to the women of the community.

The program provides monthly seminars to educate women on the need for a healthy body, mind and spirit.

Healthy Woman has grown to more than 460 members since the program was launched in 2007.

The program is planning to have an annual anniversary event in March.

The event will include a women's expo, which will give the program's partners an opportunity to showcase their business. Dinner and a keynote speaker also are planned.

The deadline for partnerships is Feb. 5.
