Rendleman receives award

Brad Rendleman of Jonesboro recently received a member of the year award which was presented by the Illinois Environmental Health Association’s South Chapter.

Rendleman is environmental health director for the Southern Seven Health Department.

The award recognized Rendleman for distinguished service, leadership and devotion to the Illinois Environmental Health Association.

The award was presented during the association’s annual educational conference, which was held recently in Peoria.

Rendleman has served as vice president of the association twice. He also has served as an association director/board member twice.

He has worked for Southern Seven Health Department for 18 years.
