He was born February 12, 1957 in Lawrenceville, IL, the son of Howard Allen and Mary Frances Lincoln Hawkins.</span></strong></p>

<p style="line-height: 150%;" class="MsoNormal"><strong style=""><span style="font-size: 16pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Cambria;"><span style="">        </span> Riley is survived by his mother, Mary Frances Hawkins of Olney; one sister, Jennifer Kessler of Olney; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; one brother; and one sister.</span></strong></p>
