Ronald Dean Egner

Ronald Dean Egner, 70, of Jonesboro, died at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at the Cobden Rehab and Nursing Center.

He was born on May 7, 1943, in Ullin, the son of Van Floyd and Maggie Day Egner.

He married Sherry Lambert. She preceded him in death.

Mr. Egner is survived by his daughter, Dara Lee of Las Vegas; one grandchild, Ashley; one brother, Kent (Sue) Egner of Anna; one sister, Shelby Millich of Anna; cousins; other relatives and friends.

He was an over the road truck driver for many years.

Graveside services for Mr. Egner were at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29, at the Green Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Interment was in the Green Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
