Sharon K. Baity

Sharon K. Baity, 69, of Anna, died at 2:10 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was born on March 29, 1945 in Chicago, the daughter of Thomas W. and June Stalcup Gann.         

She is survived by her son, Mike (Renee) Baity of Anna, daughter, Jamie Baity & fiancé Brandon Olson; one grandchild, Holden Baity, two brothers, Bob Holley and friend Linda McCloud of Anna, and Charles (Sandy)Gann of Hendersonville, Tennessee; two sisters, Lori (David) Ray of Anna, and Lynn Timmerman of Carbondale. She was preceded in death by her parents; and infant son, Jason Baity.        

She worked at Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center in Anna for many years. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Anna.        

Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015 in the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cobden. Interment was in the Anna City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home and envelopes will be available at the Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna.
