Kaylee Boston scored 17 points to boost Shawnee to a 56-33 win over visiting Egyptian in South Egyptian Conference high school girls’ basketball Thursday, Jan. 21.
Jonnie Ellet added 9 points for the Lady Reds. Jessie Reynolds and Taylor Ellis 8 apiece, Jordan Johnson, April Kutak and Taylor Loveless 4 each and Reagan Brown 2.
Shawnee built a 27-6 first quarter lead and were ahead 34-14 at the half.
Shawnee, which improved to 8-8 overall and 4-4 in the SEC, plays in the South Egyptian Conference Tournament this week at Egyptian.
