Shawnee 61, Joppa 21

Kaylee Boston scored 14 points to lead Shawnee to a 61-21 win over visiting Joppa in South Egyptian Conference high school girls’ basketball Tuesday, Jan. 12.

Taylor Ellis added 13  points for the Lady Reds. Jessie Reynolds had 11 points, Taylor Loveless and Jordan Johnson 6 apiece, Ragan Brown 5 and Jonnie Ellet, April Kutek and Elena Houston 2 apiece.

Shawnee led 17-6 after one quarter and 33-10 at the half.

Shawnee impoved to 6-5 overall and 1-0 in the SEC.
