Wildcat athletes compete at wrestling invitational

The Anna-Jonesboro Community High School wrestling team ranked 10th place at the Mascoutah Invitational Tournament Dec. 16.
A-J finished 10th out of 27 teams and had six medalists.
Leading the way for A-J was Arieh Hart in the 152-pound bracket with a second place finish.
Sixth place finishers for the Wildcats were Nick Jimenez (285 pounds) and Nate Kisat (132 pounds).
Nick Harvel (195 pounds) finished in 7th place and Catie Mays (126 pounds) and Dylan Fox (138 pounds) each finished in 8th place.
A-J remained state ranked as an honorable mention squad for the second week in a row. Hart stayed in 9th place at 152 pounds and Jimenez is 11th ranked at 285 pounds.
