William Daniel 'Bubby' Busby Jr.

<p class="p1">William Daniel "Bubby" Busby Jr., 39, of Cairo, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, at 9:47 p.m. at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.</p><p class="p2"><span class="s1">He was born on Oct. 9, 1975, in Cairo, the son of William Daniel Busby Sr. and Mary Ellen Smith.</span></p><p class="p2"><span class="s1">He worked for 16 years as a tanker man for Ingram Barge Co.</span></p><p class="p2"><span class="s1">Survivors include his four children, Ashley Danielle Busby, Michael Lee Montgomery, William Daniel Busby III and James Thomas Busby, all of Arlington, Kentucky; his mother, Mary Smith of Cairo; his father, William Daniel (Frances) Busby Sr. of LaCenter, Kentucky; three sisters, Sarah Garrett of Cape Girardeau, Virginia Ann Norris of Centralia, Washington and Jessica Logan Taylor of LaCenter, Kentucky; two brothers, Keith Aaron Cooper and Troy Lewis Busby, both of LaCenter, Kentucky; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.</span></p><p class="p2"><span class="s1">Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31, at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, with Richard Smith officiating.</span></p><p class="p2"><span class="s1">Interment was in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens.</span></p><p class="p2"><span class="s1">Crain Funeral Home in Tamms was in charge of arrangements.</span></p><p class="p2"><span class="s1">To leave online condolences, visit www.crainsonline.com.</span></p>
