Charles Allen Peters

Charles Allen Peters, 58, of Anna, died at 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at his home.

He was born on April 26, 1951, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., the son of William John Sr. and Margaret C. Pribbanow Peters.

He is survived by two brothers, Wayne W. Peters of Anna and Dallas (Barbara) Peters of Elburn; three sisters, Janet Marie (Galen) Guth of St. Charles, Barbara J. (Eugene) Schaefer of Dongola and Linda M. (Sergio) Martinez of St. Charles; nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by one brother, William John Peters.

He was a member of Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church and the Anna Moose Lodge No. 1346.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church in Anna with the Rev. Dr. Jim Clark officiating.

Interment was in Davis Prairie Cemetery east of Marion.

Memorials can be made to Mt. Moriah Lutheran Church in Anna.

Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Anna was in charge of arrangements.
