Eugene McNeely
Eugene McNeely, 91, of Anna, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2023.
He was born on Oct. 11, 1932, in Lake, W. Va., the son of Ora and Inez Craddock McNeely.
He married Barbara Ellison Poliszczuk on May 25, 1996, in Rockford.
