Friends of Stinson plan ColorFest activities

The Friends of Stinson Library are planning ColorFest activities for Saturday, Oct. 10.
The activities are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. behind Stinson Memorial Library on First Baptist Church of Anna parking lot.
A book sale, flea market, crafts, jewelry, food and music are planned.
The book sale will feature vintage books of the original collection of Stinson Library.
Proceeds from ColorFest will benefit the Book in Every Home Project.
Books have been donated by the Friends of Stinson Library to school libraries, including Anna Junior High, Cobden, Dongola, Lick Creek, Lincoln Elementary, Shawnee North and Shawnee South.
Appreciation is voiced to Kay Schaefer for ordering and delivering the books.
