Grateful for assistance

To the editor,

The employees of the Anna Post Office would like to thank our customers for their help during the recent severe winter storm.

Many of you offered our employees a place to stay when they couldn't get home safely or gave them a ride to the post office.

Some of you helped clear snow from the post office sidewalks and parking lots so we could provide retail service and deliver mail wherever possible.

Your kindness, generosity and community spirit were overwhelming.

"Thank you" doesn't fully express our appreciation and gratitude.

We are truly privileged to serve you.
