Jonesboro 45, Cobden 29

Natty Hepburn scored 18 points, had 5 steals and 4 assists to lead the Jonesboro Junior High School girls’ basketball team to a 45-29 win over Cobden Monday, Nov. 1.

Sammy Brimm had 10 points and 4 assists for Jonesboro. Ally Reynolds had 9 points and 10 rebounds. Aliah Delgado had 7 rebounds.

Taylor Smith scored 14 points and had 5 steals to lead the Jonesboro Junior Varsity team to a 36-17 win over Cobden.

Jaycee Pender added 8 points and Jody Brown had 4 points and 8 steals. Hailley Abernathy had 5 rebounds.

The Jonesboro varsity and junior varsity is 2-0.
