Jonesboro ColorFest activities begin Friday

Jonesboro ColorFest activities are scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9.

A variety of food and craft vendors will be set up on the Jonesboro Square. Vendor applications are available at Jonesboro City Hall.

Entertainment is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. Friday. The band Decade will perform 1950s and 1960s music until 10 p.m. Those who attend are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

Saturday, Oct. 10, food and craft vendors will set up and start selling at 11 a.m.

A Little Miss and Miss ColorFest pageant is planned Saturday at Jonesboro School.

Entertainment Saturday night will feature Mudd Bone, which performs 1980s and other classic rock. The band will perform from 6 p.m. until 10. Those who attend are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
