Election Day November 6

Voters to decide outcome of key races, candidates for county offices

After months of campaigning, the 2018 general election comes to an end in just a few days.

Election Day is set for Tuesday, Nov. 6. Polling places are scheduled to be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Union County.

A full slate of candidates are on the ballot for the 2018 election. Here’s a look at the ballot:

State

For Governor and Lieutenant Governor

Republican: Bruce Rauner, Evelyn Sanguinetti.

Democratic: JB Pritzker, Juliana Stratton.

Libertarian: Grayson Kash Jackson, Sanjeev Mohip.

Conservative: William “Sam” McCann, Aaron Merreighn.

For Attorney General

Republican: Erika Harold.

Democratic: Kwame Raoul.

Libertarian: Bubba A. Harsy.

For Secretary of State

Republican: Jason Helland.

Democratic: Jesse White.

For Comptroller
