Alice Fay Tripp Popernik

Alice Fay Tripp Popernik, 66, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, at her residence

She was born on Oct. 25, 1958, in Anna, the daughter of Carl Sylvester and Mary Katheryne Lambert Tripp.

She loved watching television and she loved her dogs, Susie Q and Ginger.

She is survived by her children, Jason, Larry, Kim, Samantha and Craig; many grandchildren; sisters Patsy (David) Derbas and Nora (Randy) Freeman; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Carl Tripp; sister Rose Key Menees; and nephews, Noland Stanard and David Derbas. 

Funeral services were Friday, Jan. 24, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Jim Easton officiating, at Crain Funeral Home in Anna-Jonesboro. 

Interment followed the funeral services at Anna City Cemetery.
