Carroll Ray Farris

Carroll Ray Farris, 59, of Granite City, and formerly of Anna, died Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born on July 19, 1962, in Anna, the son of Tony C. and Edith Irene George Farris. 

He married Karen Brown. She preceded him in death.

Mr. Farris is survived by his son, Travis Farris of Anna; a sister, Connie Douthit of Granite City; a brother, David Farris of Cobden; many  nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; and by his wife, Karen Brown.

Mr. Farris loved spending time with his great-nieces and nephews and always enjoyed telling stories.
